Band Of The Week: Helioscope

With a sound that combines elements of post-rock, post-metal, and many other genres of music, Helioscope’s debut EP “Noir” was one of my favorite releases of 2013. If you’re into Amia Venera Landscape and Cult of Luna, you’re going to LOVE this band. Check out the full EP and the song “Pillars” after the jump. PS: The band also shipped me out a copy on vinyl from across the pond. That’s a great way to get a journalist’s attention.
