After reuniting with former vocalist Anthony Green for 2016’s Along The Shadow, Saosin haven’t released anything since that post-hardcore comeback album. There’s many reasons behind this – Anthony Green’s multiple other projects a big one – but the primary one is that every member of Saosin has other things going on. It appears we’re getting new Saosin music somewhat soon, though – possibly next year, perhaps even sometime this year, if the stars align.
It’s pretty simple. When asked by a fan on Twitter a couple hours ago if fans could expect new Saosin music anytime before the end of 2023, Anthony Green responded with “working on it now”. That’s a pretty clear indicator something is coming sooner rather than later.

Saosin are already tapped for the When We Were Young Festival in Las Vegas, and Beau Burchell revealed in late 2019 that the band was working on their fourth full-length album. Obviously COVID has likely had an effect on that timeline, but maybe we’ll get a new Saosin song before the festival. You know, as a treat.
