Yung’cid effortlessly blends genres on new album, ‘HRTBRKR’

Yung’cid is one of a number of newer musicians who effortlessly blur the line between all kinds of music. For him, genres are merely tools to create different kinds of music with. While the UK-based musician started recording during the pandemic to ease tension and provide a creative outlet, his music is anything but ordinary. Elements of metalcore, pop, hip-hop, trap, and R&B all have a place in his sound, and it shows on his recent video for “Dead Inside”.
