One of the kings of Bachata, Romeo Santos, took over the Allstate Arena in Rosemont, IL last night for a packed to the rafters sold out evening of hits and dancing.
The singer, known for both his time in Aventura just as much as his solo career, brought his Fórmula, Vol. 3 tour to the Chicagoland area and fans showed up in suit. Be it dressed for the evening, with signs declaring their love and admiration for the singer, or waving their flags the crowd was ready for an evening with Santos.
Spanning a large set focusing heavy on his Fórmula, Vol. 3 album which came out last fall and has been breaking records. Fans were also treated to songs from both volumes that came before it as well as stuff from his albums that came between his Fórmula releases. With a massive runway Santos was able to get close to the crowd as well.
Be it with smoke, fire, or his various backing band members and back up singers / dancers Romeo Santos put on a show for the ages. From the opening DJ you were able to tell the crowd was here and ready to sing and dance all night and that was exactly what they did.
