Wrestlecade

Supershow

Salem, North Carolina

Nov. 27th, 2021

Dark Eight Man Tag Team Match
CW Anderson, JB Cole, Preston Quinn & White Mike vs. The Dawsons (Dave Dawson & Zane Dawson), Brad Attitude & Mik Drake

Super bland and lifeless tag match. Felt like it went on for far too long given its mediocrity.

1 / 5

Tag Team Match
The Rock ‘n’ Roll Express (Ricky Morton & Robert Gibson) vs. The Blondes Of Bollywood (Gurv Sihra & Harv Sihra)

A short tag match. Rock N’ Roll Express still move better in ring than anyone their age and can carry a match. Still a generic bout but fun given who it was.

2.5 / 5

AML Title Match
Caprice Coleman (c) vs. Dirty Dango

A pretty awful match. Dango stopping several times to talk killed any chance of momentum starting. Once it finally did get going it was boring and had already felt like it dragged on for far too long.

.5 / 5

Six Man Tag Team Match
Andrew Everett, Colby Corino & Matt Cross vs. Myron Reed, Rich Swann & TIM

For the caliber of guys here this could have been such a fast spot fast. It felt though like a slow slug and not in a good way though. It finally started to pick up towards the end but it never amounted even close to its potential.

1.5 / 5

Singles Match
George South vs. Heath

Match started with them both playing off of Heaths old WWE gimmick. George South is older so its cool to see even though he wasn’t ever a big name. Match itself is slower and uneventful really. Nothing horrible but nothing memorable.

1.5 / 5

Singles Match
PCO vs. Erick Redbeard

A fun battle of the brutes. PCO as usual takes his fair amount of stupid dives and spots. Redbeard was good though seemed a bit sloppy here at times. Thankfully it moved along nicely and never really slowed down because that’d have killed the match.

3 / 5

Singles Match
Jay Lethal vs. Matt Cardona

Match was generic in the first half. Lethal left and came back out as Black Machismo doing his Macho Man gimmick then just squashed Cardona. Felt like it went on for too long.

2 / 5

Battle Royal
Sam Houston vs. CW Anderson vs. Shane Douglas vs. Mr. Hughes vs. Johnny Swinger vs. Big Kon vs. Jackie Fulton vs. Stan Lee vs. Shane Taylor vs. Swoggle vs. Brad Attitude vs. Vik vs. Fallah Bahh vs. Mike Jackson vs. Arik Royal vs. Blanco Loco vs. Cyrus vs. Axton Ray vs. Marcus Kross vs. White Mike vs. Zuka King vs. Moses vs. James Runyan vs. Gustavo vs. Hunter Drake vs. Kerry Morton

A very boring and quite overly long battle Royal. Starting it off showing guys in the ring shaking hands and just talking was odd. Everything for the first 80% just moved slow and almost like no one knew what to do. CW Anderson coming out as New Jack was cool and a good tribute but it took a large chunk up just like Swoggle doing a Sandman gimmick.

1 / 5

Three Way Match
Mercedes Martinez vs. Thunder Rosa vs. Deonna Purrazzo

A fun match between 3 of the best women wrestlers out there right now. The biggest downsides though shined really bright. It had too many dead spots that started to kill momentum but even worse than that was that the match was super sloppy. Moves didn’t connect or there were slip ups that made things look sloppy. Still fun but could have been tighter and better for sure.

3 / 5

Singles Match
Matt Hardy vs. Nzo

Started off with Nzo and Hardy both putting on quite the awful promo on one another in ring. Be it the crowd on tape not coming across as loud or caring or the fact that particularly Nzo doing his WWE skit just came across as old and lifeless. The match itself was typical, over rather quickly while still feeling too long.

1.5 / 5

Singles Match
Malakai Black vs. Buddy Matthews

Black and Buddy put on a good main event. Expected it to be faster paced almost as it stayed very grounded but both men looked great here and had the crowd going throughout. Buddy could put on some clinics with a lot of guys on the Indies right now for sure.
