Ring Of Honor

Final Battle

Baltimore, Maryland

Dec. 11th, 2021

ROH World Six Man Tag Team Title Match
Shane Taylor Promotions (Kaun, Moses & O’Shay Edwards) (c) vs. The Righteous (Bateman, Dutch & Vincent) (w/Vita VonStarr)

A relatively fun trios tag match. It stayed pretty chaotic for most of it. It was super sloppy and botch filled though for a lot of it including even the time keeper ringing the bell for a 2 count. It did have some impressive spots done by some bigger guys.

2.5 / 5

Six Man Tag Team Match
Chelsea Green & The Hex (Allysin Kay & Marti Belle) vs. Miranda Alize & The Allüre (Angelina Love & Mandy Leon)

A 6 woman tag match that had its moments depending on who was in ring. Moved along nicely but a quick feeling ending brought it down. It was over rather quickly though so it didn’t over stay its welcome.

2 / 5

Ten Man Tag Team Match
Demonic Flamita, LSG, Max The Impaler, Sledge & Will Ferrara vs. Flip Gordon, PJ Black, The Bouncers (Brawler Milonas & The Beer City Bruiser) & World Famous CB

A fun 10 man tag match. Complete chaos at some point but had a few mediocre moments during it. Match was pretty much a spot fest and ended with a fantastic destroyer off the top rope that was that super impressive.

3 / 5

Singles Match
Rey Horus vs. Dragon Lee

An extremely fun start to the main card. Lee and Horus delivered a spot filled fast fueled match nonstop. Both men looked fantastic here and had the crowd going nuts for the close calls and spots happening.

4 / 5

ROH World Television Title Four Way Match
Dalton Castle (c) vs. Silas Young vs. Rhett Titus vs. Joe Hendry

One of the worst ref bumps I’ve seen in quite some time. Match was just mediocre. Young tried to dominate for some time of it. Dalton was supremely underused here. Titus was the safe bet on the chance ROH decides to actually run again next year and needs him to come back.

2.5 / 5

ROH Pure Title Match
Josh Woods (c) vs. Brian Johnson

Honestly not a fan of this match or type of match. Seemed to drag on for far too long and felt much longer than it actually was.

1 / 5

Fight Without Honor Match
Shane Taylor vs. Kenny King

A really fun hardcore match here. They managed to pull off a story in ring great with King giving it his all against Taylor. It did have some sloppy moments that looked really bad and a few slip ups one involving a ladder. It was a really fun match put in the perfect place on the card that gave us something vastly different so far.

4 / 5

ROH Women’s World Title Match
Rok-C (c) vs. Willow

A decent womens title match. It moved along nicely but having Rok-C get boo’d for winning was lame of the crowd as they’ve cheered everyone all night so far mostly. Both women with some more experience could do well.

2 / 5

Eight Man Tag Team Match
EC3, Eli Isom, Taylor Rust & Tracy Williams vs. VLNCE UNLTD (Brody King, Homicide & Tony Deppen) & Rocky Romero

A rather mediocre first half of the match. Second half picked up with a faster pace and more spots involved but just felt lackluster given the huge amount of names in the match. Having EC3 bring out Scherr (FKA as Braun Strowman) felt strange since there’s no guarantee the company even comes back next year.

2.5 / 5

ROH World Tag Team Title Match
The OGK (Matt Taven & Mike Bennett) (c) vs. The Briscoes (Jay Briscoe & Mark Briscoe)

A fantastic and fun match between these two teams. They went at 100% the entire match and did crazy spot after spot after one another. Briscoe’s and OGK both looked fantastic here. FTR running in and attacking The Briscoe’s after the match hopefully leads to a great match in AEW or somewhere between those two.

4 / 5

ROH World Title Match (vacant)
Jay Lethal vs. Jonathan Gresham

Fighting for the original ROH title is Gresham and Lethal since Bandido is out. A great match with a story told throughout of two men fighting for their ultimate goal. It had its ups and downs and had the crowd going throughout. Seeing Gresham win and a post match frenzy with the roster around the ring was great.
