Every musician has a story to tell about how they arrived. For Kahani, that story is literally embedded in their band name, which means “story” in Hindi. The Indianapolis three-piece aim to fuse their cultural influences with high-octane music that straddles a line between metalcore and deathcore, and their third single “Vengeance” might be the best representation of their sound to date.
Already racking up numbers for a newer band, Kahani was formed by vocalist Harshil Patel after splitting with his former band, Takers. Let’s just say this delivers the heavy-hitting goods. Don’t take our word for it though, spin “Vengeance” below.
