Knocked Loose and Spiritbox are just two of the bands you can find at Every Time I Die’s annual ‘Tid The Season festival in their hometown of Buffalo. A celebration of both what ETID have accomplished in music as well as bringing together a multitude of like-minded musical acts (mostly heavy – but not always), it routinely sells out the entire festival pretty fast. Oh, did we mention fans fly in from all over the country (and even the world) for it? Good times.
Anyway, as you can probably surmise from the article’s headline, Spiritbox vocalist Courtney LaPlante joined Knocked Loose on stage to play “A Serpent’s Touch”, a song culled from Knocked Loose’s 2018 sophomore album. The original features Dying Wish vocalist Emma Boster, and you can be sure that Courtney (who’s one of heavy music’s most prominent members right now) did Emma’s spot justice. Emma even said so!
Oddly enough, Knocked Loose // Dying Wish // Spiritbox would make an awfully good tour. Someone please make this happen ASAP.
