Bracketology: 2/9/14

Another week of college basketball has passed us, and there’s several teams that have changed positions. Wichita State is dying to get back into a #1 seed (and you can make a strong argument for it) but Kansas and Florida’s SOS are both incredible, and Syracuse still hasn’t lost.

Michigan State drops to a #2 seed after losing to Wisconsin, but they could easily get back to #1 seed status if they get healthy.

On the bubble side of things, Georgetown is one of my last 4 IN at the moment, having knocked off Michigan State, Kansas State, and VCU. They’ll need to keep winning to stay here at just 14-9, but those wins are hard to pass over.

There could also be 2 teams coming out of the CUSA – with UTEP, Southern Miss, and LA Tech all having solid resumes.

BYU is also in for the first time. They may be 17-9, but they’re extremely hot and a team nobody wants to face if they make the Tourney.
