Maybe Connor Welsh of New Transcendence can give you a better rundown of the Florida heavy outfit, but I’ll just say this – Lost Fortune’s debut EP, Living Ghost, is a punishing exercise in what deathcore and heavy music still stands for. They’re our Band Of The Week for this reason. The band is at their best when they play fast, but the slower, almost doomy parts aren’t bad either. Oh, and the band features members of King Conquer and Dealey Plaza, so it’s clear the band has some connective experience here.
