Jackass star and TV + movie personality Bam Margera has been issued an arrest warrant for threatening to kill his family, according to CBS News. Margera, who has endured stints in rehab recently, was issued the arrest warrant after an altercation on Sunday where he assaulted his brother, Jesse.
The entire situation has a lot of moving parts, but essentially it happened like this. This past Sunday, police responded to a call at Jess Margera’s bedroom door. where a physical altercation happened between Bam and Jess Margera, his brother. Bam Margera also allegedly threatened to kill everyone in the house during the argument, and TMZ also reported that Jess Margera alleges that Bam also threatened to kill him, saying “I’ll kill you. I’ll put a bullet in your head.” Bam then fled out of the house and now has an arrest warrant for what TMZ says is “4 counts of terroristic threats with intent to terrorize another, one count of simple assault and a final count of harassment while subjecting another to physical contact”.
