Lance Reddick, famous for his roles in critically acclaimed TV series like ‘The Wire’ and ‘Fringe’, as well as the John Wick series and many others, has passed away at the age of 60. His publicist says it was due to “natural causes”.
Reddick came to prominence through several roles – as Cedric Daniels on ‘The Wire’, Agent Broyles on ‘Fringe’, and countless others. He’s also in the new John Wick movie, out March 24th, and was on a press tour to promote the movie before his untimely passing.
Where do you even begin with Reddick, though? Famous for his roles in ‘The Wire’, ‘Fringe’, the John Wick series, and so many more, Reddick played many prominent roles in all kinds of genres. He’ll always be known as Cedric Daniels to many, but Reddick was quite the diverse actor. He even played comedic roles (which almost everyone would’ve loved to see more of), as well as the serious, dramatic, and thrilling ones he’s also known for. What a legend, honestly.
