Metalcore isn’t dead. Just ask Portland’s Dying Wish, who made a splash in 2021 with their debut album Fragments Of A Bitter Memory. Numerous opening and support tours for some of the bigger bands in the scene followed soon after that, and they’re no doubt a band on the rise. Thankfully, Dying Wish also have the backing of Sharptone Records, a label who continually try to go the extra mile in terms of supporting all of their artists.
Anyway, they’ve been working on new music in between tours, and Dying Wish are actually working on their second full-length album. Let’s GOOOOOOOOO. No word on when it’ll drop, but our guess is sometime next year.
