Jawbreaker have announced a tour hitting a select few cities this spring, where the band will be playing Dear You in its entirety for its 25th anniversary – as well as some other songs. A seminal album for punk music as its influence is far and wide on many current pop-punk and emo bands, this is a chance for fans old and new to see the band who influenced so many of the big names that came after them. You can find the dates below.
Jawbreaker notes, “The last two years don’t count.” Along the way Jawbreaker have invited Built to Spill, Descendents, Jawbox, Face to Face, Best Coast, Team Dresch, and the Linda Lindas to support on select shows – check local listings for details.
