Recently our photojournalist Savannah Rowley captured I Prevail’s current headline Rage on the Stage Tour with Escape the Fate, The Word Alive, and We Came as Romans as supporting acts. The tour is just over halfway finished, so if it hasn’t hit a city near you be sure to pick up tickets here.
Originating from Las Vegas, the band Escape the Fate opened up the night playing songs such as “Ungrateful” and “One for the Money,” getting the crowd ready for the bands to follow.
Escape The Fate:
Next up was The Word Alive. Originating from Phoenix, the band played familiar songs such as “Life Cycles” and “Trapped,” and even dedicated a song to the passing of Chester Bennington of Linkin Park.
The Word Alive:
We Came As Romans was the final opener to get the crowd prepared for the headliner. Originating from Michigan, the band played their popular cover song “Glad You Came” among other songs such as “The World I Used to Know” and “Hope.”
Lastly, the band everyone came to see, I Prevail took the stage. With lead singer Brian Burkheiser recovering from vocal injury, the show still continued and it was still amazing with Dylan Bowman taking on lead vocals. Playing familiar songs such as “Stuck in Your Head” and “Chaos” the crowd was hyped full of moshing and lots of energy!
I Prevail:
Overall the show was action-packed and wild as ever! Be sure to catch the tour if it’s coming to a city near you! All of the bands killed it and we can’t wait till they come back!
