For many, spring and summer festivals are the times where people want to see their favorite bands and also some up and coming acts of tomorrow. Granted, for major festivals even the lower-tier acts have worked hard to get on these big stages.
The Welcome To Rockville lineup, based in Jacksonville, FL annually, is that respite from the work week. Despite being a bit recycled some years, it’s always home to the biggest rock and metal acts.
