War Games Eight Man Tag Team Match

Becky Lynch, Bianca Belair, Charlotte Flair & Shotzi vs. Damage CTRL (Asuka, Bayley, IYO SKY & Kairi Sane) (w/Dakota Kai)

This was a solid womens war game match. Good spots and weapon stuff but a lot of standing around or waiting for spots to happen. Nothing a few minutes trimmed wouldn’t fix.

WWE Intercontinental Title Match

Gunther (c) vs. The Miz

Miz working on Gunthers legs was good but this was just fine. No one expected Gunther to lose here and I’m not sure where we go from here.

Singles Match

Santos Escobar vs. Dragon Lee

A good match that was shorter than expected. Escobar is the new heel so him losing wouldn’t make sense, just sucks that Lee is so over taking the loss but he’ll be fine.

WWE Women’s World Title Match

Rhea Ripley (c) vs. Zoey Stark

Starks is good and this worked well to show her off but just like with Gunther, no one believed the belt was going to be changing hands.

War Games Ten Man Tag Team Match

Drew McIntyre & The Judgment Day (Damian Priest, Dominik Mysterio, Finn Balor & JD McDonagh) vs. Cody Rhodes, Jey Uso, Randy Orton, Sami Zayn & Seth Rollins

There was a story here but this just never felt super interesting. Orton returning was cool but he was really just there to hit his spot. Otherwise it was action filled and fine but never felt too exciting.
