No stranger to unconventional music and touring (seriously, this is a band that’s toured playing house shows and some very unconventional music venues), Baltimore’s progressive alt-rock outfit Megosh is finally breaking through to a wider audience. The band’s new full-length, Apostasy, is an interesting blend of rock, alternative, metal, and even pop influences that recall bands like Circa Survive and The Dear Hunter, but is also a sound that is uniquely Megosh.
The band recently took to Facebook to issue a striking cover of The Dear Hunter’s iconic track “Red Hands”, and it is entirely too good. But we’ll let you be the judge of that. Check out the cover below.
