Embarking on his Post Traumatic tour, Mike Shinoda is performing a mix of tracks he’s taken part in during his various projects (Linkin Park, Fort Minor, and his new solo record). During a sold-out show at New York’s Gramercy Theatre, Shinoda’s set include a mix of these staples, many songs off the Post Traumatic album, and a special performance of “In The End” – where the fans rang out in unison during the late Chester Bennington’s vocals.
For anyone that grew up listening to Linkin Park, this was certainly a cathartic experience. It serves to elevate Post Traumatic as a work of genuine art that comes from the heart – and that’s all fans can ask for.
