No vocalist? No problem. They might even be better without one.
I’m talking, of course, about Tides Of Man’s new album Young And Courageous. The entire album is a brave foray into expansive post-rock landscapes not dissimilar to Explosions In The Sky if they had grown up in post-hardcore bands. And for a band to transition from a vocalist to not having one, to go from Rise Records to being completely independent – that’s no small feat either. Check out the album after the jump. It’s completely worth your time. You can buy the album here.
I’m even more proud to call the Tampa Bay-based band my friends, and I highly recommend buying the album if you like what you hear.
This is one of the year’s best albums.
