This Night Is The Coroner’s: It looks like And Hell Followed With is making a comeback

Remember an album by the name of Proprioception? If you were a fan of extreme metal and/or deathcore in the late 2000’s/early 2010’s, you’ll probably recognize just how hyped Detroit, Michigan’s And Hell Followed With was for a few years. Their brand of melodically-inclined deathcore was fully realized on sophomore record Proprioception, where the album artwork (possibly influenced by Suffocation’s Human Waste EP?) matched the lethal music within. The band hasn’t released an album since the record dropped in 2010, and that’s a shame – they likely would have been able to take the genre in exciting new directions.

It seems that time is now, though, as the band – and guitarist Patrick Hahn – are strongly teasing a new EP and the subsequent reactivation of the band as well. Check out the footage below, and if this is a record you’re not familiar with, quite a few of today’s popular bands of the genre took influence from it, making Proprioception a recommended listen.
