Acclaimed instru-metalists SCALE THE SUMMIT will return to the road this summer as they team up with progressive metalcore unit Glass Cloud on a co-headlining jaunt throughout North America. Kicking off in Springfield, Va. on July 15, the tour will also feature support from like-minded djenters Erra, as well as Reflections and Monuments. Full dates can be found below; tickets are available now at www.scalethesummit.com.
SCALE THE SUMMIT will continue to support their Billboard-charting 2013 release “The Migration,” which Alternative Press hailed as “post-rock at its most melodic and dynamic best.” The album — the follow-up to 2011’s groundbreaking “The Collective,” which Guitar World classified as “essential prog” — was recorded with Jamie King (BTBAM) and has since seen the band performing at several festivals (Yestival, SXSW, Cruise to the Edge) as well as on tour alongside acts including Yes, Intronaut, The Atlas Moth, Mouth of the Architect and more.
