Only forming in 2020 (not a good time for, well, anyone!), Michigan emo-rock band PlainView have made a bit of a stir in the music scene since their inception. With a string of singles and an EP release last year, the band have steadily built up a fanbase in their home state and beyond. If you’re unfamiliar (or even if you are familiar) with the band already, their new single “Hate Me Like You Mean It” is a solid introduction to what they’re up to.
To that end, they’re also playing a couple shows in support of Boys Of Fall early in 2023, which will undoubtedly help their footprint expand a bit. Seriously, if catchy and emotional emo-rock is your thing, that’s exactly what PlainView are bringing to the table, so don’t get caught napping.
