We don’t need to tell you that Halsey embodies the pop-punk warrior in all of us. When she’s not selling out huge venues as ome of the fastest rising pop stars in recent memory, Halsey can usually be found at other shows – like joining Panic! At The Disco in Mexico, or attending a The Story So Far show.
Wait, what? Yeah, that’s a thing that happened last night. As the pop-punk band is touring in support of their 4th album, Proper Dose, Halsey made an appearance – and it’s no surprise that Twitter predictably went into a frenzy. Not that “OMG my favorite musician listens to others genres of music” is necessarily news, but it does speak to a subsection of diversified music fans that a big-time pop musician is also a fan of pop-punk. We approve. Maybe Halsey will start that pop-punk side project?

Of course, this isn’t the first time Halsey’s membership in the super official pop-punk club has been revealed.
Just found an old mix cd of The Story So Far is it too late to punk rage in my bedroom trick question it's never too late to punk rage.

What we all need is a State Champs // Halsey collaboration. Someone, please make this happen.
