Odesza drops official release of cult favorite track, “Loyal”

For the first time ever, Odesza’s live set fan favorite “Loyal” has been released on all streaming platforms and digital stores (via Foreign Family Collective/Ninja Tune worldwide), just over one year after the release of their GRAMMY-nominated latest album ‘A Moment Apart’. Originally debuted during the duo’s 2015 Coachella live set, “Loyal” has achieved a cult following among ODESZA fans who have speculated the name of the song and its origin, and have traded bootleg recordings around the Internet for years. The song was also featured as Zane Lowe’s World Record on Apple Music’s Beats 1 and used by Apple to launch their latest iPhone and Apple Watch product lines.

The track release follows a worldwide summer festival tour including high-billed performances at Lollapalooza, Panorama, and Outside Lands that reaffirmed Billboard’s claim that ODESZA “rightly be regarded as legendary.” They will also perform this fall as part of the line-ups for Life Is Beautiful, Austin City Limits Music Festival, Voodoo Music + Arts Experience, and Jawbreaker Festival.
