February calls for some pop-punk, and that’s exactly what Texan trio The Happy Alright delivers on their new EP Esperando. Balancing the more poppy aspects of the genre with a harder edge that calls to mind A Loss For Words, this is definitely one of the better EP’s I’ve heard this year. That “harder edge” is exactly the kind of thing they pull off quite well.
