Now billing himself as “The Lone Wolf” (wow, couldn’t imagine why), former Bad Wolves frontman Tommy Vext keeps pushing his anti-vaxxer and conspiracy theorist agenda with newest single, “Trust The Science”, featuring Topher. Wow, what a surprising song title. When he’s not going off on angry rants against his ex-bandmates (who are succeeding even more without him now) or pushing conspiracy theories that have been debunked, he’s still making music. That’s a relative term, of course.
“You will be silenced!”, cries the man who still has a platform to record these songs on and advertise them. Wow, these lyrics are seriously incredible. Shakespearian works of art, honestly. He also never says exactly who will “rule the world”, in this case. If anything, the song sounds like something every nu-metal band in existence would have rejected soundly, and twice on Sundays.
The Youtube comments are also pretty interesting. They appear to be all universally positive and exuberant, but you can probably guess why that is – it looks likely that Vext and whoever runs his social media are banning any negative commentary. You’d think this was some life-changingly good song or something like that, but “Trust The Science” falls a bit short. Okay, really short.
