Losing a band member, especially a talented vocalist, is no easy feat to recover from. Often, the very fabric of a band is altered, and not always for the better. So it’s with “Black Holes”, the first single from British alt-rock band Mallory Knox to have bass player Sam Douglas step up to the mic, that the band cements themselves as a major force. Granted if you were paying attention for their last 3 records you’d likely know that, but it’s a great track for newcomers to the band too. Oh, and the band are playing a slew of headline dates in the UK soon, so be on the lookout for those as well.
Music. Gaming. Nostalgia. Culture.
