Lido Beach releases infectious new single, “You Fell Hard”

Alternative rock band Lido Beach, who last year announced a reunion, have released a new song, “You Fell Hard”. Vocalist Scott Waldman, who is also known as the host of Waldman’s Words on Idobi Radio (who yours truly was on fairly recently), their 2008 album Fake Hellos, Real Goodbyes put them on the map – and also previously had a song (“My Oh My”) in Super Bowl XLVII in 2013.

The new track is an infectious, short song that may remind you of Saves The Day, late 90’s pop-punk/alt-rock, and genuinely happy music.

In a recent interview with Soundlink Magazine, vocalist Scott Waldman had this to say about the new song:

SLM: This song is a fun song to listen to, but we all know the most fun songs can have deeper meanings, is there one here and if so what’s the story?
LB: – I like to leave lyrics up to one to interpret BUT this song is about a happy 37-year-old married man.
