This is not a drill. While 2018 marked the final cross-country version of Warped Tour, the long running alternative music festival that provided a springboard for countless acts to thrive and explode on, was never going away completely. And based on a breaking tweet from founder Kevin Lyman, it appears that the festival may be morphing into something similar to spring festivals like Welcome To Rockville, where a 2-3 day festival invades a region like Texas, North Florida, or the Northeast.
Plans are coming together for @VansWarpedTour 25th only thing I can say for now since many need to hold vacations dates are June 8 Cleveland, June 29-30 eastcoast, July 20-21 westcoast.

Mark your calendars, friends. It appears that the 25th anniversary of Warped Tour will be intriguing either way, as a touring festival of this magnitude will be much easier to book arena-level bands on a smaller scale. One that’s not a nearly every day tour. Look at Welcome To Rockville, for instance. That’s a 3-day festival that routinely books Tool, Foo Fighters, Five Finger Death Punch, and the like – yet the bands lower on the bill are often the same types as the ones on Warped Tour that are tapped to “break out”, if you will.
Regardless of what it’ll look like, the 25th anniversary celebration of Warped Tour is guaranteed to be fun.
