Chicago will be getting a bonafide legendary show with the announcement that Kerry King will debut his live solo band for a special warm up / live premiere performance at the very small and intimate Reggies Rock Club. The all star lineup band will later play such places as Milwaukee Metal Fest while King is also doing the reunited Slayer dates in the fall.
For this show, King will be joined by vocalist Mark Osegueda, Phil Demmel on lead guitar, Kyle Sanders on bass, and drummer Paul Bostaph. The set will premiere live songs from the band’s upcoming album, From Hell I Rise, due out May 17 (Reigning Phoenix Music), plus a few surprises.
