Grupo Firme kick off the weekend with a party in Tinley Park

Grupo Firme brought their summer “La Ultima Peda” to Tinley Park, IL to kick off the weekend with nothing but great vibes, drinking, and hit after hit from the banda outfit.

With no opener other than a DJ, Firme took the stage to a stormy background on the screen and a slower hit before breaking into full on dance mode the rest of the evening. Bringing out dancers taking over the entire stage and staircase / platform along with a massive backing band the group made sure to take advantage of every inch of room. Thats not even mentioning the smoke cannons and pyro the band was blasting off like they were attempting to get rid of their inventory of it.

Blasting through a massive setlist including hits like “”El amor no fue pa’ mí” and “Ya supérame” fans were dancing from the lawn to the pit with some even attempting to bypass security in an attempt to get closer to the party up front.

The band previously in the day had been at Wrigley Field throwing out the first pitch at the Chicago Cubs game and staying there to drink and party proving that for them the party wasn’t ending anytime soon. Its clear to see why Grupo Firme has such a massive fan base and can draw their fan base out of the Chicago to the far suburbs for an evening of banda hits and dancing.
