It’s been a long four years since Phillip Bayer‘s last project in Time, the Valuator’s How Fleeting, How Fragile. At long last, Bayer returns in his new project FLOYA.
FLOYA’s musical approach will prove familiar with the talented vocalist’s fans, as he teams up with ex-ALAZKA musician Marv Wilder. As established on the band’s website, “The German duo consisting of Phil Bayer & Marv Wilder establish a wild blend of solid rock foundations alongside modern EDM elements and world music”.
The band is off to a strong start, joining Arising Empire (LANDMVRKS, Kadinja) and recording their debut “Wonders” with the likes of Chris Kempe (who recorded Bayer in T,TV) producing and mastering helmed by Robin Schmidt (The Black Keys, Mumford & Sons).
