CZW “Tournament Of Death 19” (Wrestling Review)

Its a Necrobutcher match in 2022, that should say enough. Big Joe pretty much carried it and took most the damage here. It was a fun brawl but nothing amazing.

Fun opening match between The Bev and Otis. Otis taking that bump into the spiderweb barbed wire tap was brutal because it twisted around him. Really good start to this tournament even if you sort of could easily tell The Bev would win.

A fun match as expected but also a bit tamer than expected. The quick finish too here was a bit off. Mickie and Orin are both great deathmatch wrestlers but this could have been more and felt like it stopped right before that point.

A pretty sluggish but bloody deathmatch. The Shark Teeth are brutal and the exploding bat actually looked good here. Nothing special but the moments it had worked well.

This was a really fun one. Bloody but not a bloodbath but they went through tons of different spots and moments. Mickie is clearly over with the fans and this felt like a great showcase for Lane.

A quick but bloody second round match. Joe dominated most of it till The Bev caught up for the final moments. Felt a bit underwhelming but you could tell both were hurting some still.

A fantastic end to the tournament. The Bev and Mickie clearly were both hurting and put on a barn burner of a match here. Tons of bit spots, tubes, blood, and good back and forth showing that either of them could have won this match with no issues from fans.
