Crossover thrash band Bushido Code detail upcoming album, ‘The Ronin’

Pennsylvania’s crossover thrash heroes Bushido Code have only been around since 2017, but their sound is a classic one – merging the energy of hardcore with the kind of instrumentation you’d find in your favorite classic thrash bands. You know the ones we mean – Testament, Exodus, and Overkill.

The band’s upcoming full-length is one they’ve been hard at work on, and now it finally has a release date. Releasing in April via venerated label Upstate Records, The Ronin’s debug single arrives this Friday – so stay tuned for that.

Since their inception in 2017, BUSHIDO CODE have set their sights to dominate the metal scene at large. This quintet of scene veterans have adopted the ethics of “The Code” – Loyalty, Honesty and Honor – and have weaved in their commitment in their upcoming release, “The Ronin”. This third studio release for Bushido Code is nothing short than a year-long dedication to precisely capture the essence of their vision and artistic representation.

BUSHIDO CODE’s “The Ronin” is a journey; these nine tracks tell the story of a ronin, a lone samurai called Da Shi as he seeks the ultimate sacrifice, death, in honor and in loyalty to his master.

The Ronin will be released April 16, 2021 through Upstate Records and available on all digital streaming platforms through Blood Blast Distribution.
