Considering it’s been 3 years since their album That’s The Spirit was released, it should come as little surprise that we’ll likely be seeing new Bring Me The Horizon music soon. However, thanks to our friends at Dead Press, we now know that time may be coming sooner than we think – with an August 21st release date.
Recently spotted on a Reddit (metalcore) thread, there are several reasons to believe this may be more than just a rumor. Bring Me The Horizon wouldn’t be the first band to attempt a viral marketing campaign to build up hype for a new record – just look at what Northlane and twenty one pilots have done recently.
There’s even a website, which says this at the bottom:
But these things too have answers. And all we tell you now is that you can be free.
But first, we must piss you off.
Salvation will return.

Dead Press also related that “the billboard was spotted and shared by a fan which has spread a cross online. On the billboard it reads “Do you wanna start a cult with me?” along with one of the band’s logos in the top left and right corners, a suspected new logo in the bottom left and right corners and a contact number.”
It’s possible that this information may be nothing – but there’s also much validity to it. Of course, with Twitter blowing up about “Mantra”, we’ll just have to wait and see what happens.
Is this a BMTH poster? Or does a cult actually have my number now? from Metalcore
