Bruce Springsteen. Bon Jovi. Whitney Houston. Those are names of bands/recording artists that people immediately think of when they think of New Jersey. Brianna Musco is striving for that New Jersey recognition with this Friday’s upcoming release of her EP release “Forever”.
“Forever” was an absolute blast writing and recording. The boys and I wanted to create a video that conveyed both our personalities and stage presence as an introduction to our band. This song is about a relationship that has the opportunity to resonate with every person and their backgrounds. It depicts the idea of a stable love story where each one supports one another and has that pure bliss honeymoon phase” – Brianna Musco
To promote the release, Musco had her video exclusively premiere at New Noise Magazine. With this Friday’s release, fans can expect pop-rock arrangements that have a tinge of nostalgia combined with lyrics that are representative of the “girl next door” empowered spirit which makes it universally relatable to the listener. Musco cites Michelle Branch, Taylor Swift, James Taylor and Stevie Nicks as her major influences.
Musco and her band will be touring this summer to celebrate the release of her debut EP “Forever”. Stops will include major markets such as Chicago, Denver, Nashville and New Orleans. She is also hosting a DIY fest at Boontunes in Boonton, New Jersey on August 10th.
