After some line up changes and COVID, Ministry brought their Industrial Strength back to their hometown and the iconic Riviera Theatre. Even with Chicagos odd weather that week, the crowd came in full force ready to support Chicagos biggest Industrial band.

The Melvins were up next bringing almost an hour of their genre bending music with a set spanning across their entire career. With almost no downtime between songs the 3 piece blasted through 12 songs parading around the stage enjoying being up there just as much as the crowd was enjoying watching them. Frontman
The fence was up, a support message for the Ukraine was showing, and Chicagos own Ministry entered the stage. Rocking a fence in front of the stage as a throwback to their 1991 tour where they used the same thing, the band kicked straight into “Breathe”. With a simple stage set up just including some crazy strobes and a large screen the band used it to their advantage and matched it with their intensity.
