Crown Magnetar are one of deathcore’s fastest emerging acts at the moment. Releasing a well-received debut EP and last year’s debut full-length, the band has started to gain traction at a fairly rapid rate in their genre, even getting on some major tours. The band’s combination of technical, core, and death elements ensure that a wide variety of heavy music fans will enjoy what they have to offer.
Newest single “Realistic Flesh Mask” continues that hot streak, and this time the band has been joined by Molotov Solution’s Nick Arthur for a vicious track that explores the metaphorical “masks” we put on each day. Give the track a spin below – it’s a track off their upcoming EP Alone In Death, out in March via Unique Leader Records.
Crown Magnetar commented: “Everyone will experience death. This song is about having to be a fake version of yourself. Forced to hide your emotions and continue crawling through the mud endlessly. People may think you are strong when confronted with suffering. But all you want to do is curl up and die.”
