It might not exactly be “new”, but nu-metalcore/progressive metalcore band Draemora’s new full-length, Death Rectangle, might be new to you. Released earlier this year, the band’s new album is full of tunes that blur the lines between the two metal subgenres, with influences obviously taken from nu-metal’s energy and progressive metalcore’s technicality and groove. It would be a surprise if some of these tracks didn’t make you want to bang your head – our pick is for “Victorious”, which helps bring together all the things the young band does well.
Music. Gaming. Nostalgia. Culture.
