San Diego post-hardcore band Thousand Below put themselves on the map with a strong debut in 2017’s The Love You Let Too Close, and while last year’s follow-up Gone In Your Wake wasn’t quite as strong, the young band does have a strong foundation in place -especially with an emotive vocalist in James DeBerg. Supporting tours with The Devil Wears Prada, Veil Of Maya, and Dance Gavin Dance early on certainly bodes well for the band’s future, as well.
That’s why the news that the band is set to release an acoustic + reimagined EP is so exciting. Of course, this isn’t the first time the band has attempted something like this – see the band’s reimagining of “Tradition” below for a good example – but we’re pretty stoked nonetheless. The news of the upcoming EP was confirmed by the band themselves, so look for it sometime soon.
