Former Terminal and founding member of Oh, Sleeper, bass player Lucas Starr, has passed away at the age of 34 after a battle with stage 4 colon cancer. Starr, who was a member of Oh, Sleeper until 2011, played on their first two records, including When I Am God and Son Of The Morning.
Underoath, The Plot In You, Crown The Empire, and many other bands came together last month to play a benefit show for Starr, who Oh, Sleeper’s Shane Blay paid tribute to in an Instagram post a few days ago.
RIP, Lucas.
Overwhelmed by all the love and support last night. Wow. At a complete loss for words right now. I’m gonna need a minute to process everything. pic.twitter.com/4Koip9Hmj1
