A few months back our photojournalist Savannah Rowley teamed up with Brooke Champine (of BrookeChampine.com) to attend Universal Studios Orlando Mardi Gras event featuring a special performance by Fifth Harmony.
The Mardi Gras festival originally started February 3rd and ran through April 7th; you can purchase tickets here. Festivities are included with your theme park admission, Annual Pass or Seasonal Pass. There’s lots of activities going on throughout the day, from select date concerts to watching the nightly parades or trying some of the delicious Cajun-style food (available for purchase.)

The now quartet female pop sensation Fifth Harmony took the stage at Universal Orlando and we were there to capture all the action. Playing familiar songs such as “Worth It” and “Work From Home,” they led fans in a captivating performance that had everyone jumping, dancing and singing along.

Overall we had an amazing day appreciating the sights and sounds of Mardi Gras and were very entertained by Fifth Harmony, who are currently on a hiatus which they announced the morning after the performance.
