Suicide Silence have had, well, not a very good year. Their new self-titled album was a critical and commercial disappointment, and it seems many fans have already forgotten that their debut album, The Cleansing, is now 10 years old. It’s been heavily rumored by multiple outlets that the band will be embarking on a 10-year anniversary tour for a while now, and 2 of those rumored dates leaked out over the weekend.
It seems that tour support will be coming from Upon A Burning Body, Slaughter To Prevail, and Prison – the project of Dark Sermon vocalist Johnny Crowder. In the wake of Suicide Silence’s critical downfall, at least you can say that hearing them play The Cleansing in full will be nostalgic for many people that grew up listening to it.
