If not, the basic lowdown is that they’re a facebook entertainment page with over 16,000 followers that posts comedic meme videos which overdubs heavy deathcore/down-tempo songs over trending videos on the internet ranging from: Star Wars, Taylor Swift, Fight Clips & more.

You might be wondering why I’m posting about this facebook page, and I have a very good reason. I believe it’s important for pages like this to exist. Metal/hardcore music in 2016 is bigger than its ever been, and it’s still growing, but it still needs that big push. Videos like this, which use memes & pop culture to promote previously unknown bands to the masses online is an awesome thing, and I believe it should be recognized. Let’s face it, 95% of people online love memes & adding music to a funny video just makes it that much more memorable & sharable. Videos like this often reach an audience much larger than just metal/hardcore fans thanks to people tagging their friends & sharing the videos to people who would have previously never heard this type of music at all.
