There comes a time in every young bands life when they release a full length studio album a short time after they put out a very well received EP, and Ohio’s very own Beartooth are no exception.
Holding their own style in the palm of their hands Beartooth squeezed tightly and released Disgusting, a12 track emotional rollercoaster that holds nothing back, with lyrical content ranging from drug and alcohol addictions to domestic abuse. Written and recorded and produced by Caleb Shomo himself, you can feel every ounce of his energy being consumed in the making of the album.
Fusing elements of hardcore, punk, and post-hardcore this album has everything you’ll ever need, clean vocals, throat wrenching screams and breakdowns to shake the bedroom walls of the younger generation who i feel this piece really reaches out to.
Every track on this album is memorable and as a whole it sets itself apart from every other record on the scene, you will not be finding anything like it any time soon so prepare for possibly the most aggressive heart wrenching musical journey you will embark on in 2014.
