Tragedy has struck at the huge SXSW Festival in Texas tonight, where a driver has killed at least two people, and injured 23 more. According to AP.com, the driver “drove through temporary barricades set up for the South By Southwest festival and struck a crowd of pedestrians.” More information will be passed on when available.
