Fifteen years since A Skylit Drive burst onto the scene with their debut EP She Watched The Sky, A Skylit Drive only held their original line-up for one EP before replacing Jordan Blake with Michael “Jag” Jagmin, a move that would see the band hit massive success. A Skylit Drive has been dead for a few years now and an attempted rebranding to Signals didn’t exactly work out, but the story doesn’t end here – in a shocking move the original lineup for A Skylit Drive has made new social media profiles and announce they will returning with their original lineup from the era of She Watched The Sky.
The album was a fairly big deal in the scene upon its 2007 release. In fact, the EP is so revered by the band’s fanbase that all ASD full-lengths (depending on who you ask, of course) mostly pale in comparison to it. With layered vocals and solid musicianship, it’s not a surprise the original lineup would indeed get back together.
