Hell In A Cell Match
CM Punk vs. Drew McIntyre

A fantastic send off to this feud. Drew looked good, Punk looked good and the violent pacing of this match really helped him not show flaws here. The blood worked great and even if Drew took a rough hit to the head which clearly wasn’t intended this was a staple for sure of one of WWEs best match this year likely.

4.5 / 5

WWE Women’s Title Match
Nia Jax (c) vs. Bayley

A bland and boring match. Bayley didn’t work great here with Nia who tried things but they never seemed to work or look good.

1.5 / 5

Singles Match
Finn Balor vs. Damian Priest

A fine match but nothing good especially given I bet this is the end of the feud and Judgement Day just goes off and dies after this. Neither man really seemed to give their best here and the interference just felt lame.

2.5 / 5

WWE Women’s World Title Match
Liv Morgan (c) (w/Dominik Mysterio) vs. Rhea Ripley

A lame stipulation in a match where both women are good, just not against each other. Add in a horrible run in finish and this match flopped.

2 / 5

Tag Team Match
Cody Rhodes & Roman Reigns vs. The Bloodline (Jacob Fatu & Solo Sikoa)

This makes me remember why I didn’t miss Roman being around. A 25 minute match that felt like every time it started to get decent it stalled and the hype died. Fatu is so good and Solos pretty much fizzled out. Add in your typical Roman spots and run ins and this was a boring end to the night.
