When asked to name the band I’ve seen live the most, there’s a few choices at the top. I’ve seen Dark Sermon 11 times, Between the Buried and Me 9 times, and Volumes 8 times, and that’s not to mention the countless bands I’ve seen around 4-6 times each. But there’s one band I’ve been able to witness live a total of 16 times in just under 3 years – and that’s Tampa local hardcore/metal band Apnea.

I’ve witnessed them grow from a bunch of young kids finding their feet and just starting out, to arguably one of the best bands the Tampa Bay Area has to offer.
